About
Why this exists
Most free pull-up programs are a table. Week one, do this. Week two, do that. That works right up until week two doesn't go the way the table assumed.
PullUp Pilot asks how each session went and builds the next one from that. Fell short? The next session is a bit lighter. Cruised through it? A bit more. Missed Wednesday and trained Thursday? The schedule moves instead of making you catch up. The program takes about 12 weeks on schedule, can extend when life gets in the way, and stays free.
It only does pull-ups. Not push-ups, not general fitness, just strict pull-ups. Keeping it that narrow is what lets the instructions stay specific and the progress page stay simple.
How it makes money
The site may earn a commission if you buy gear through one of its links: bands, a dip belt, chalk, that kind of thing. Those suggestions are separate from the training logic, you never need to buy anything, and we tell you when a link doesn't earn us anything.
